Shipping policy
Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Maximum Delivery Window: Default delivery happens within 30 days of purchase unless you explicitly agreed to a different date.
Risk of Damage: The online store is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit until the customer receives it.
Pricing: All shipping fees, handling charges, and potential cross-border or extra delivery costs are shown clearly before the final order confirmation.
Geographic: We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Shipping to other EU countries is not yet available.
